Recording Guitar

Here's a picture from one of today's sessions. I spent a couple hours this morning sampling from vinyl, performing beats on my keyboard, and so forth, but all of it was vanity. Then, before supper, I recorded a beat that actually turned out decently. I also recorded some guitar later on, around 8 PM.

CDs Now Available at McNally Robinson

Good news! CDs are now available at McNally Robinson in Saskatoon. You can find them in the local artists section of the music department. I thank McNally Robinson for this special opportunity.

This store has been around for most of my life. I remember my parents taking me there as a child. Having moseyed around the store today, I can confidently tell you that they have a superb collection. While some bookstores sell very few philosophy titles—to give just one example that is pertinent to this authorMcNally Robinson has several shelves of them. I even spotted a pair of socks with Wassily Kandinsky's artwork on them. How cool is that?

No pictures for now. I have tried taking a picture of the CDs at the store and at home, but the quality is suspect in both instances lol. Maybe I'll get a good one some other time and post it later?

Happy Saturday,
